there my name is Dimitri hey I'm I Tien and this is the AI agents podcast this is a place where we're going to discuss ai ai agents and much more um how are you doing today idin hey Dimitri I'm doing great like I'm really excited for the first episode it's going to be good it's going to be great uh I'm ready to go yeah yeah so just a little bit of background on the podcast um we've been uh discussing this for a little bit while this is a podcast brought to you by jot form and we're going to be discussing as I said ai ai agents and and everything in that realm there's there's a lot of good opportunities for people uh to learn about these products and and have them impact their businesses and lives so we wanted to bring this topic to the

Forefront um so we're going to be brought to you on YouTube uh podcast platforms and there will be short clips of this all across social media so we're really excited to to discuss these um topics with myself and idin as well as uh different Founders and uh creators of uh AI applications and AI agents yeah uh it's really exciting um yeah how did come up with this uh the idea for the podcast um let me talk a bit about that uh I've been developing this um this new software called uh AI agents uh J from AI agents for the last year and because of that I've been like really interested in what's going on with AI agents like uh constantly reading about it uh watching everything I I can find and I gained like so much experience with it and uh and also while developing

the product like just just uh I learned so much from it um learning creating this product building this product with better users um so I've been thinking about like how can I share like you know all these uh things that are happening with um AI agents how can we kind of U share this excitement with people like because it's just it's going to be big it's getting bigger the AI agents are going to be big so like just how to kind of have a platform where we can actually share all the things that are coming out and all the like exciting stuff that we see um so you know you and I uh we did we did a like I I I was in your podcast a while ago uh like my book automate your bus I was talking about that book with you and

about J form and that's how we met like because uh I was in your podcast and then later on we stayed connected uh you did some projects for us uh video projects for J form and like you know and when I was thinking about like you know should we do like a podcast about AI agents like the first person that came to my mind was about you and you were also so excited about it uh so that's how we started like that's the uh origin story yeah yeah yeah I love I love AI I mean AI is um I mean specifically AI agents I think it's a great um it's a great topic because it's um not only is it I mean popular right now ai agents are I think the future because as we're going to talk about with the product itself I mean

nobody really likes interacting with um how do I say this AI is awesome but it's it's almost a little bit like active in a way and passive uh without you know getting too much into the specifics of how J forms going to going to fix that like you just you just always have to deal with you know a large language model where you're actively typing things out but you are still doing the work to a large extent you are still kind of the one driving it to a largest extent and I just think AI agents are this unique um like next level up in AI where it's going to help you take your ideas and then have somebody else put it into action or well something else uh they're not quite people yet I guess yeah I mean if you think about it people people

are not getting used to use using these chat chat screens like CH GP but like they can ask questions they can get answers but they don't really do anything with that like they don't have this a way to kind of automate the work they do with AI like just uh turn that into like uh workflows things like that and the AI agents are kind of uh FS that like it gives um kind of AI an ability to take actions do things on on our behalf and uh basically get things done huh get this done for us get things done for us I mean there a good example just to to kind of clarify terms for everybody before we dive more into where you got the idea of J form AI is you can always tell Chad GPT to write up an email but you can't

have Chad GPT or whatever so um that action portion is with that we can definitely get into later in podcast so um I think I think it's probably a good tur turning point to discuss kind of what inspired you to develop J form AI agents specifically and what challenges are you hoping to address with that yeah um so it wasn't actually the first idea so um I think it's it's just like uh like two years ago when I had had my uh third child uh so I was away a little bit and like I being away from the busy work at um at at jat form kind of allowed me to think about like what's happening all this AI stuff coming out like how can we use it within our product and I was really excited about that and um so and when I get

back to work um um like you know a year and a half ago that I actually like took you know three of our Engineers who have been doing like AI uh for a long time because at shot from like we have this problem with like fishing spam like you know we have been doing lots of AI uh lots of machine learning projects in the past but we all had like some um some experienced people uh at the company um so like I just we just started Ed working on this like uh this idea the first idea was like you know how can we help people like create forms with AI uh basically we called it the you know form Builder co-pilot let just create forms with the help of AI um and it was actually going well and we discovered that like we can actually

build a great product because people are okay with talking to AI like they they they okay with giving AI instructions like just on a chat screen when I saw that like so the way we develop products is like we will actually uh give give it to people like just uh because we want to get feedback from people so we will just open it to like you know first like 200 you know users then maybe to 1% of our uh users and in this case like we did that and we saw that like people were using this product a lot and they were getting like so much value and and they were okay with giving instructions to to the uh to the AI and um like just like when we were actually looking at this a lot like I I it it just clicked on me

that like okay this is good like this we can help a lot of jform users with this like we have 25 million jform users and we are hosting you know so many millions of uh forms from them but if you think about it like just uh helping job form users is good but helping their users is even better like if we could use this power to just platform users as opposed to like just uh giving them uh some product to help them with you know building forms um so we decid okay this is this idea is so exciting and uh we should just give we should just uh pillot like just uh start building on this new project and uh we are still done that building that project we still have that uh users continue using but uh we decide okay let's let's just put

our focus on this new project AI agents and uh basically the idea is that what if instead of filling out a form you could actually talk to the form like you could actually talk to chatbot uh an AI agent and uh just uh fill out the form by talking to it but um I mean if you think about it that's not that powerful that's actually very powerful especially if you think about it like you could actually do that on the phone uh like you cannot fill out a like a digital form or a paper form while you you're on the phone but if you are uh like talking to an AI agent on the phone over voice you can actually out phone so that's like a li capability but what we discovered was like this is great but the value we can provide is even

greater if we can actually give people uh like all these features like um you know allow them to train their uh you know AI agents with with knowledge or allow them to like uh give these AI agents actions and um just like you know do things if they want and like when we started like when we uh built this product and when we started getting better users we saw that people are actually like they're really interesting like instructing this AI agents to do things uh the way they want it and like we started that actually like we were actually planning to releas the product by now off like um but we saw that like people actually needed like so much more and that's why we decided to like Just Launch it on in February 2025 uh so we still have some some time before the

launch and uh but we have lots of better users um and then we learning so much from them and um yeah I mean I can actually like show you the demo uh yeah yeah no I think that'd be I think it'd be great I did want to ask one question and just kind of like tap in on uh one port part that you mentioned there um so when looking at this AI agent um concept I think something important to note is obviously the actions but you you honed in on something important there and I do think you'll maybe TI dive into it more in the actual demo which you'll be able to see on the video version of this podcast uh at the AI agents podcast YouTube channel I have a question about the knowledge portion because I do think this is something that's key

so this this is the case with like chaty PT or any other large language models um I'm sure you're familiar with the fact that you can create gpts with um the knowledge bases that you can add to it and you can add like custom instructions um what do you think the important is of getting down to specifics for use cases and for the actions that are going to be taken when it comes to the knowledge base like one how are you able to do that in the product with J form and two or maybe even the other way around one why is it important and two how how are we going to be able to do it in the product because I have found the more knowledge you can give it I know gb4 uh basic or I guess gbt 40 it does something called

rag um which uh it's essentially grabbing contextual text in order to give it improved responses after you put in the prompt so I'm very curious how this works for job form and if you can speak more to the importance of the knowledge based portion because most people just think you know type it into this bot and every bot's going to be good for every action which isn't the case yeah I mean um so um it's the same way uh at okay um a J from AI agents as well because uh basically you can enter um your knowledge base you can like upload the file or you know enter text enter CR um and like just uh provide instructions there um but um I think what's what's different between a custom GPT would be uh would be a like the the personality and the the visual

um you know features of jform Agents like okay like you have these avatars I'm just going to show you in a minute like people are so excited about that like just uh having this personality uh like you know designing your own personality and also also better users that actually put in their own pictures there as well like just you could even put your own picture but have that uh personality and then like um joining that with the knowledge makes it much more stronger and uh it's kind of like because we are coming in this forms world and forms are kind of boring and like you know when you look at the form you get bored right uh we didn't want to make this like be uh like just a chat interface we wanted to we wanted to uh have the AI Agents come alive like

have their personality you know even when they're talking have different kind of personal give people the option to uh have different personalities but also visually uh give them all these options and um in terms of the knowledge base uh we also use the rag rag technology so um because when we first started like we could just thought that we could uh like just take these uh like knowledge bases and like just give them with the prompt um to to to the you know um Foundation model that we use um and what we found was like it's just like people are like they want to they are uploading lots of documentation they are you can also like give your website like they are giving their whole websites like um you know lots of documentation lots of P like this just like big knowledge base and basically

when you try to kind of include that within the prompt it at some point it breaks down uh so the rag uh was a solution for us and it just made our product so much better so one of the ways actually we use jform AI agents within J form is uh we provide support uh to to J from users using J from AI agent agents and we only do that in a very small percentage uh because we don't want to just uh uh like just it this is still an experimental product like we don't want to risk um you know any cause any problems but um like when we started like um adding all these knowledge base about jform and jform has like so many features like thousands of features it just started breaking down uh and then as soon as we implemented the rag

uh solution like we could just upload like so much documentation and it it it was getting better and better so the same solution also work for us and uh within our beta users we are actually seeing so many people are actually what they are doing is they're Bas basically using this as a chatbot for their websites um some of them has like e-commerce websites or uh you know they have all kind kinds of websites and basically they are like putting all these knowledge base and then the chatbot is like providing guidance to people when they are like uh visiting their websites and you know uh what's great about it is like it's not just a regular chatbot it can also like you know when people need to it can also you know fill out forms if they need to take an give an order if

they need to register for something if they need to like you know like contact form or just send uh information directly uh J from AI agents can also do that so that's actually what makes uh J from AI agents so much powerful really cool I think that just to to let the people know probably what rag even means and then we'll dive into the product itself rag is a actually stands for it's an acronym that stands for retrieval augmented generation what it essentially does is you'll start off with like data that exists um after you upload it to the knowledge base and when you type in your prompt what it's going to do is going it's going to search for and through through your database of knowledge that you've uploaded for uh semantically contextual uh bits and pieces of of text information and then it

will take that and add it to the context of essentially what's combined with your prompt so previously what people would do they type a really long prompt would' be like you are XYZ type of Bot you will be able to do this this and this thing the standards for creating a text social post is follow this format that's what people would do now all you need to do is make like Sops um or in the case like you're saying with the websites right if you just give website links um and there's FAQs on there if somebody asks something of the product in the jot form AI agent in this context they would get answers about the different things of their you know like you said e-commerce store say there's you're selling a lawnmower or something to that effect and you want to know like the

features or the specifications of the lawnmower with the rag technology as you could obviously see all you need to do is literally type what's the specifications for this lawnmower and then it will respond with it because it has the context of the the PDFs that you've uploaded whereas usually AI just by default is just going to have its base knowledge information you know it's trained on a lot of like large language model information but it's not not specific so this is what makes it more specific so I figured that was good clarification before we dived into it yeah it sounds great all right let's talk about the product itself I'm excited for um adin's going to show it on the screen so I'll do my best to give commentary and we'll do our best to make it usable for uh audio listeners but you can

see the screen recording on the jop form YouTube channel so this is the page uh like this is at this point it's only available for um better users but um we like to like just prepare our just like how Amazon um does like um like they will they have this process that when they are building a product when they decide to build a product they are going to write this uh press release and uh yeah and and if they don't like that press release if the pressies doesn't exite them they're not going to build the product so the same way at chat when we building a new product or a feature we are going to just like in the beginning even before we have the product like we actually create a landing page just keep it you know within the company like you know only

the better users can actually see this right um but you can actually get into the weight list and we are going to share a link uh in the in the podcast comment uh pick like the um details P section that you can actually you know get into the weight list and maybe be included in the beta as well um so um that that's why we have this page um um and basically it's just um showing a little like just preview of um job from AI agents but as you can see it's not just the regular chat but it has some personality uh it has like different kinds of personalities and um we are even building a like Direct of you know kind of asan templates like just okay kind of Agents like examples like you could just pick uh an agent and you can just

um um use this agent uh yourself start with something or if you want to um you know if you want to start from scratch that's also fine but as you can see uh agents have the power to actually also uh fill out forms um um right it's not just like they're not just asking questions but they can also fill out forms so um gotcha let's just create an agent uh from scratch uh let's go back to our um start the our landing page uh let's get started um so uh as we can see here uh we can create an agent from scratch or like we can just turn a form into an agent which is really useful if you're existing J form users and you you already have existing forms like you you just want to turn them into an agent that's really useful or

you can just as we as you seen in um previously you can just turn um just um uh turn start examples let's start from scratch um and I've been thinking about like what kind of example we could do uh we just like maybe we can just have a a and a review like kind of like a feedback AI agent for our podcast sure uh we just started um a new podcast about AI agents um and uh and we would like to uh get feedback from uh our listeners so yeah I mean that's the idea for the agents and this is why we are going to use this agent let's go ahead and create this agents so when you're creating an agent basically what it's doing is like um it's actually going to create a form you don't have to have a form always but like

it's just going to create a form because we are Jack form right we love form and then it's going to add all these uh form Fields into it and it's actually going to come up with some some intelligence some you know knowledge uh uh for for the for that that you can edit that knowledge but it will start with something and uh so here we are like we have this um um this AI agent Builder uh and this is the AI agent Builder uh you can actually see preview you can actually design the AI agent uh train it and publish it so when you're are designing your AI agent you could basically like find an avar that fits well with your case I mean we don't want to have it too seriously this is a podcast this is not like uh you know uh two

series like maybe you know maybe we can have something like this like this is podcast yeah this is a it's like a fox it's like a AI generated Fox holding a microphone with headphones yeah yeah def um so like uh we can um change the design as we wish um you know pick one of the Styles like we can customize our AI agents this is like one of the core um you know uh core like differentiation TOS for jform is um you can actually like we have like so much customization options at jform and um so yeah this looks great um so and we can even like generate different avatars but I will just uh do that to you know different time so the next task is like okay we have this AI agents um um should we train that this AI agent uh to

to kind of uh be more like the way we want it to work and um yeah the Persona the Persona of it you can give it a name um um like a role uh maybe podcast assistant is a better agent role um and um you know do you want to give it a name like do you have an idea yeah um podcast Pete Pete podcast Pete I love it uh and uh like you can Define like how chaty you want it to be like um in general like I found that like just people actually prefer you know the chat BS to just uh especially if you are getting like if you if if the goal is to um like get feedback from people just maybe the it shouldn't talk too much uh it should just direct direct is probably better sometimes like if you have

this uh support agent then maybe you want it to be you know speak more uh have more um you know um provide more details so you can also add instructions here like how what what kind of um you know how you want the AI agents to talk or act um here uh you can actually you know you know use different languages here to kind of um allow it to speak different languages by default M and um you can a different tone of voice maybe let's make it energetic um and yeah um so this is like the uh person so on the knowledge base um you know we can give it knowledge um maybe let's describe our our podcast is about AI agents um and um you know we talk about the feature of AI uh feature of um AI just um and um I mean

one of the things people uh do is like they will um they will create this AI agent and then they will actually watch uh how people convert like like what kind of conversations are there and then from there like they they come back here and add all the you know AA all the knowledge like questions and answers things like that here so uh we can actually give it um right uh that's what one thing we discovered was like uh people want to give instructions to the AI agents um for example if the user sentiment is um excited right excited just um you know um maybe um talk about like uh please give us um um this word for us right word for for us um on Apple right you know we are going to publish apple as well uh please you know review us yep

review us on Apple podcast podcast yep yeah podcast and yeah so we actually gave it its actions right uh this is also like very kind of um incremental right people are just role play with the AI and chatting with the AI and then they discovered that the AI is giving wrong answers and then they come here and they G give more actions here uh forms like you know we now have one form it actually created this form we can take a look at the form what it created it's just um so basically listener feedback form uh it even like created these like you know episodes like you can customize this form right and I see some admin options here but uh you can customize this form and um just um uh make it make it more suitable to you and as soon as you customize

these like episodes uh that you will be able to actually uh the AI agents is also going to be updated with the new information that's one things that is great about it it's actually like synced with the with the form as well like it can fill out this form by qu asking the questions and uh you can customize the form whenever you want and you can add more forms here um and this is my favorite section um so basically do you remember how we use how we edit this action you can actually do it here as well like you are basically uh like talking to your AI agent and you're actually giving it instructions here as oh wow okay so this is a section called teacher agent for those on the audio podcast if someone wants to uh if someone you know is is excited

about pod about podcast I guess uh ask them to uh to you know review us on Apple um so uh it will probably create an action very similar to the action I just created there uh let's see what's going do uh like this is too experimental um we are still working on the for us sometimes it it's love but yeah it actually added the same action that we oh yeah it says it says new action needed and then when user sentiment excited mention please review us on Apple podcast we probably now have like a double action uh let's see and it's probably okay yeah and it's it created the exact exact same same one I created so uh that's interesting because uh uh it's just this is one of them is like just created by me manually and the other one is just created by

the AI and it just did the exact same action uh and that's very interesting um uh and so we did train it uh let's go and let's try it now um so the publish tab uh like we saw the design tab that's more for the visual elements the train tab is more about like the like the the way the AI agent behaves and as first yeah and the publish is more about like how you use your agents right uh you can embed it on your website you can turn it into your phone uh you can actually create a mobile app from it and share that with people um so let's just use it directly uh we can get the link here so here we are uh again some admin stuff um um yeah podcast Pete is asking us Hello I'm podcast Pete your friend AI

stand here to help you with any questions or feedback regarding the podcast how can I help you yeah I just listened to the uh listened to the first episode right um it was great um let's see if it's going to take our action okay oh it didn't actually it didn't actually offer that Apple uh podcast what I what I was expecting um let's see what you know allowed it uh let's see if I can actually uh get it to do that uh no it actually wants me trying to get us to fill out the form first uh sure um so it's going to ask me questions um um from the form it says like you know it's going to take like five minutes um I'm going to actually try something MH I'm just going to delay one of the like because we have two maybe

it's just having some conflict I'm just going to delate one of them MH maybe it will help us um so I was really excited about the podcast um yeah let's see no it's actually didn't get that so I think it's probably because I think it's just probably because at the beginning of the process just want you to fill out the form maybe I was just fix my full name my name is uh my name is what's really cool I'm seeing in the aiod uh is that actually the form shows a percentage completed on the bottom right and you could open the form and do it manually but what's really cool about this is I personally I can't stand filling out forms like the manual way it asking me in a in a conversational format like hey what's your name what's your email address uh as

if I'm talking to somebody is a lot more palatable to me yeah uh I can show you that when you click on open form you're actually seeing the form how it's F in the form this is actually very useful because um AI might have problems like really understanding your questions maybe you want to check check on the form uh like just make sure that the questions are answered um and uh just correctly and it get in your answers correctly if you want to continue just filling out the form uh directly you can also do that um yeah let's give it um my email address let see uh how this I hear about it I heard it from a friend my about it for a friend that's so so here's the thing uh we can actually um you know edit these questions as well like um

and um I'm gonna um maybe I will do that later just I will answer them right now but um yeah introduction to Ai and I loved it uh five stars hopefully yeah uh um it was allow the um the demo yeah so as you see like you know if you compare it to the form form is kind of boring um but uh chat is like much more conversational it's easier to uh just fill out the form yeah uh great to hear what could we improve for the future episodes um yeah I mean it's just uh I guess you know uh we are going to get better as we do this like this is just the First episodes but uh yeah um what can we improve what do you think that's a good question um I think we could probably um we can improve by adding

other people to the podcast like not simply just being us simply adding uh guess um AI agents agent news maybe father what topics would be like yeah agent news and Founders MH yes definitely would you recommend the podcast of course we would any additional comments and you can actually skip some questions that are not required on the list um and now I'm going to actually try that um before I review and submit um just I'm going to try that I loved the podcast so much let's see if that fixed it like having the double action um no I think they they really want you to submit the form all right I'm going to go ahead and submit it okay okay is there anything else I can help you with yeah I love it so much I am excited about this let's see yeah yes there

we go so we had to we had I think the the issue was that we had to fill out the form but uh as it shows on the screen now it's asking us to um what's happening is that like I can talk about the internals um basically now I recognize what's happening is that actually AI agents have more agents um internally so we have like this form Builder agents we have this conversational agent so it's kind of um at the point like I think this this is something we are going to fix but uh sometimes it's just like um it have trouble trouble like context between different AE different agents so basically because it was in this mode to like fill out the form it didn't want to get distracted it didn't want to like just uh do that action like uh but as soon

as we completed the form uh like just uh that action it start it started like applying that action at that point yeah that's actually what happened and that makes sense I feel like I feel like with those applications um uh you know there's there's always some there's always some Improvement there and I was as I as I noticed you you were really trying I'm like there's there's got to be I'm like it's got to just be that it won't switch to allowing actions until you finish the form because it really wants you to finish the form so um that that makes sense well I think I think this is a good explanation and overview like um I have some other questions for sure about about the product uh moving forward because but this gave a good rundown I think for for the current features but

I am curious like when it comes to this application you know we have a lot of different use cases obviously we saw we talked about e-commerce for some people we talked about um you know uh other use cases but I am curious uh what kinds of innovative use cases have you seen so far from like the beta users one of the things one of the common ways people use this is just they're just because like we open this to jat form users and because they have forms uh people actually replace their forms with um the these conversational AI agents and uh so that's that's one thing that is very common and another common usage we saw is like um that people just train their agents and they they put it on their website as a chat Bo and get people to like converse with it

um we've seen people actually uh use it in sales um like you know um because it can like you can actually uh give it instructions to become like a you know salesperson you know provide answers to their question and you know try to be helpful and try to get them to like to see the value in the product so um you know like one of the users were was actually kind of uh kind of using it as a help uh help them while they are on fils calls right so basically they're they're on the sales call and they they open the their AI agents themselves as opposed to giving it to their users and then just when someone ask a question they ask that question to the AI agent as well and then get ASW and then provide those aswers back to the uh customer

which is really useful because the goal was like you know they have these like entry level like Junior salespeople and they don't know all the answers and they they basically um you know add all these knowledge base and they're able to you know uh get their questions answered directly and the the the junior sales agent uh who doesn't know answer to every like detail is able to ask the AI agent get the answer and then provide that answer to the uh to the customer on the other hand and and they can also fill out the form while they're doing that and make sure that they don't forget any of the questions on the Forum so it's just like there's just like so many ways people use uh a agents that's really cool I think um I've never uh um I I've never been so fortunate

to live in a time when if I didn't know the answers to the questions I could just uh cheat on a sales call with an AI agent so I think that's um you know it's not cheating if if everyone's uh able to use a great product um universally and I think I think this is this is great for I think this is great for a lot of different reasons um I I know people who work at companies where they just simply want to ask basic questions about like how the company operates you know like how does certain thing processes work for like putting in PTO um on the different types of things that would relate to just basic ahr questions and it's probably so much better that they would simply you know ask an AI rather than taking up resources of somebody's time um because

if these are all put in documentation across the company you know that's a similar example of you the person doesn't know they would just ask so I think I think there's so many use cases that we could obviously talk about but this actually remind me that um I want I want to show you something else sure let's go back to podcast Pete he what's up and I want to show you this um this Asian app Feature so agent in the example you gave uh like if this was this um um if this was an um HR app for or like a company internal app yeah basically uh you could you could give all that knowledge about like you know company policies things like that and you could also install all the forms that you know uh you give to your uh employees and then you

can just give them this app and the great thing about this app is people can actually install this app on their phone um and you know they access this uh agent directly from the phone and uh we haven't implemented the the conversation Mo mods yet but on on on the app but it's going to come out before the before we release uh the product but basically like you can just have these uh conversations with the AI agent on your phone and ask those questions maybe fill out those HR forms so this is a great way for if you if you are uh if you want to like create this documentation like just this uh question and answer uh knowledge base for within your company or if you want to give give something for your clients that they can access and they can ask your questions

uh this is a very useful way for you to uh use AI agents question um how does that install on their phone is it like a pwa uh app or it's a pwa and um and we had we had pwa for a very long time with jat form apps um you can basically build these mobile apps uh with out from apps and uh it can even like you can even have these like instant notifications uh you can send um notifications to to the users it's just like any other mobile app uh but people don't install it by going to the Apple Store but they they install it you know when you give them a link or if they you know click on something on your website uh and then they can just install it on their mobile phones and then they can click on it

uh to get access to to the uh to the AI agent and then how would it work on um desktop in the same way is it just simply like you would I mean you can use the app like as exact same way you can actually install um install an icon on your desktop um exactly yeah just uh on your on your bar um as well in if you're using like Apple or Windows like as a shortcut you can add as a shortcut icon to youru yeah like how Google Calendar and Google meet Etc they don't have actual applications but you can just um install quote unquote a shortcut that opens as a window and then it kind of pretty much operates as a as a application okay yeah that makes sense cool what's great about this like you can customize it you can customize the

icon and uh make it your own and it just you have your own um you know chpt for your customers like uh uh basically you you have your own uh CED AI assistant that you can give it to your customers or your employees and it's very easy to use yeah that's that's very smart I think um something that I've noticed with a lot of these different um AI agent applications that they actually don't have any application installations um or anything like that so this is this is a definite upgrade from other ones because if it can work as a standalone application that's going to be great for anybody because then they can just open it up interact with it unlike I feel like un like with you know your general chat GPT or whatever it is going to be more specific so they can ask

those questions and feel comfortable asking the ahr questions um in that way and I'm I'm very excited to try it out more for myself and the great thing is like you can actually you it doesn't just answer all these like generic answers it's just kind of limited to your own uh questions your own uh knowledge base it doesn't go out and then just give all these uh you know CHP like random answers um you can keep it you know uh just um separate from everything else yeah I think that's one of the great things about it and that's what that's what people probably want I don't think they want the randomness um it's doesn't it's not beneficial to anybody to to have a bot specifically for the HR department and then they tell you some random um what's the term Phantom answers and I'm sure

you're familiar with this with AI that has um it's had it earlier on probably sullied everybody's um opinion of AI a little bit The Phantom responses where it was giving answers that were non-existent um in reality so that was concerning but this seems to be just more focused so it wouldn't have that problem it was also called hallucinations hallucination that was it I used a different term yeah hallucinations yeah um yeah Hallucination is an accurate way to describe it they were hallucinating um with some of the responses early on but not a problem here um I guess just to wrap things up I did have one more question about the product itself and it's not where it's at now but you kind of see it in the future what is the what is the um final form so to speak that you envision this app

having is there anything specific that comes to mind that it it doesn't have now that you definitely want it to have I mean our like product philosophy is to um just um release early and often um to like better uh customers and learn from them and um even today like we are actually like watching what's going on with our better users like what kind of problems are there like we are getting all these feedback from our users and then we are actually defining our future plans uh by looking at like how they use the product and what they needed and that's actually one of the reasons we had we had that like this uh this boss Chet that I call uh like that you can just talk to your agent uh sure as oppos to other people and what's happening there is is like like

people are actually describing exactly what they want the agent to do and that's actually our product uh like road map like people are asking for something and then we are actually adding that um to the product and that's actually how we kind of go you know go with it and that's uh and we we stay flexible and we just ask for our users and that's actually an approach that I love uh that we are actually following that here and of the things that we implemented came out from our users request and them but in general I see I think that the AI agents are the feature um so if you look at the history um before uh like web uh like SAS products before web apps uh people were using this software that you installed in your computer like we still have software but you

know you just install a browser and then everything we access everything with the browser right you don't use many software these days like in the past like you know if you wanted to do something you had to install a software for it and the web pages were just like this informational text based uh you know yeah definitely different now and and then like these uh with with like the JavaScript and the like just all these you know you know programming languages Frameworks allowed people to kind of start building these product within uh within browser and then that actually took over um and you know everything became uh kind of web based and this this you know made it much more easier to do all software and much more easier for you people to use software because you didn't have to install anything you just go

to a website and use it right um so I think similar is happening here uh with the AI agents just like the fast like Revolution um AI agents revolutions are coming and AI agents are going to be like we are going to be kind of using AI agents for everything and so there's going to be all these like vertical AI agents that you use for everything like either for a vertical like let's say healthare or for teachers or like for use cases like specific use cases and I think there going to be big this big boom uh with AI agents and um so that this this is so exciting for us because J at ChatOn we are like this you know we we have always been this horizontal product that like people actually create all these their own Solutions their own forms um themselves and

I feel like we we could be uh that for AI agents as well like just allow people to build their own AI agents uh give them personality um you know allow them to you know share them like just uh kind of bridging this um you know all the power of AI with the you know potential applications for AI so it's it's kind of the no code philosophy of like aone people to build their own Solutions and that's how I see the feature um just AI agents uh you know custom AI agents people can build uh using Js from AI agents and um we go from there um it's a very exciting feature yeah I think that's awesome the um last question I was going to ask was like where you guys see yourself um or where we see our moving forward but um you actually

covered off on that and and and what I mean by that is like where you envision yourself sitting in the in the market so to speak uh there is a lot of opportunity here what I found very intriguing about it is that very early on you've you've nailed on the aesthetic I think and you've nailed on the fact that you have like form Integrations very naturally and you have the the knowledge bases and actions there's a lot of products already actually out in I wouldn't even call them AI agents but they're similar like AI chatbot space like for like website knowledge and stuff but what you've managed to do is actually create a product that could do both like immediately um and I don't I don't I don't think there's actually anyone else that's um that what I've seen has had nailed on the aesthetic

and the the quality so I'm very excited to see where this goes and and we're excited to document this uh as we talk through this on on the Journey of this podcast moving forward that's exactly what we are going to do uh we we not just going to talk about AI agents uh just from AI agents product but we're going to talk about um different uh different products as well because you know um like we I also learn from them and just that experience help helps s uh build a better product but there's also like you know different products have different uh you know uh functionalities they are good for different things so you know I think there's going to be like you know thousands of AI Asian products on the market and it's a good thing it's gonna allow people to kind of get

used to using AI agents and so you know it it great to free show them as well and there's a lot of news about a agents just you know uh CH BT open AI is coming out with this new AI agent like a computer use I think in January and there's like so many things Microsoft just came up with these AI agents recently uh that do a lot of things so there's just like so many exciting topics that we are going to cover in this uh podcast so I'm already excited about the future episodes yeah me too and we're going to we're going to talk about those different topics um with each other as well as with other uh Founders and CEOs of SAS companies as well so with that being said we appreciate all of you for coming here to the first episode of
