it's been a a year and a half uh since we started this project you know we wanted to get out of the door we wanted to get people to start using this product but we need to get everything done you know prepare for the launch all those things so it's been very exit I think I think this is going to be an insanely good launch so I the product the product is the product's about to speak for itself though cuz you uh just got through the fourth point which means that we are ready to demo it hi my name is Demitri panichi and I'm a content creator agency owner and AI Enthusiast you're listening to the AI agents podcast brought to you by jot form and featuring our very own CEO and founder idin tank this is the show where artificial intelligence meets Innovation productivity
and the tools shaping the future of work enjoy the show idin we're finally here man it's been a long time coming we've made a lot of episodes and the launch is here we finally did it uh we just Just Launch jot for AI agents woohoo snaps all around yeah put it a little Applause effect in there huh yeah let's let's uh let's you know confetti in all the in all the works yeah seriously man it's it's been great this is the 18th episode that we're we're recording here and we've made a lot of different content about uh you know other products a little bit about what jot form AI agents will be but we haven't obviously really gotten into the the nitty-gritty because the product hadn't been uh released yet but today it is being released and we're really excited to to chat through it
today um I guess I I do have some stuff I want to run through with you but first first things first I mean you you pumped or are you you excited because this is been this has been a project for a while yeah it's it's been a a year and a half uh since we started this project and like we have been so like you know we KN we knew that like this this is such a great product and you know we wanted to get out of the door we wanted to get people to start using this product but we need to get everything done you know prepare for the launch all those things so it's been very exciting if last few months was like this big rush uh trying to get everything in on order like even the um like just one piece was
like um like we know that aot of people actually want messenger like the uh you know Facebook um meta sure messenger and uh and and it was actually waiting for review for a very long time like a month and they were requesting things we were fixing those things like just it's and like and right before the launch it's actually uh they we got approved uh so you know we are able to also launch messenger uh as well so it's like all those pieces and bits um that's coming together at the end but because we run such a big you know successful beta program I feel really confident about the product you know we are going to see you know we haven't had a chance to look at the numbers uh a lot like uh but it's you know it's going to turn out uh great
and um you know maybe I will share those numbers in the next episodes yeah very cool very cool yeah um so I guess just thinking back from the beginning like where where did you get the idea like what's the what was the reason that you even spurred on this project yeah great question um so uh so one of the things we do at J for we always do these like weekl long heatons and um and like we do these heatons uh several times every year and the goal is to like get our teams to like you know it's fun uh and also to get some ideas like you know you know let people come up with ideas uh and like a lot of great ideas we uh implemented at jat form actually came from these heatons um sure we call them heix and um so
20 2023 uh you know uh it's you know AI is the Big H hype and everybody's talking about Ai and like you know we've been asking ourselves like how can we like use the AI to kind of help our customers like what what can we do we had some obvious ideas um but we wanted to like get the team's opinion like get them to be involved so we did um actually we did a few of these AI Hecks and several teams actually came up with this idea to get get the forms to talk like what if what if the form what if you could just talk to a form fill out your form uh by just talking to a chat but or you you could actually talk with your voice or you could just type on a chatbot so either way way was fine but
what if you could do that and one of the demos was like someone actually implemented this uh you call a phone number and and then you know the you talk to the form and then you fill out the form on the phone and it was really impressive and we were surprised that someone was able to accomplish this uh in just a you know we long Katan and um you know we were really excited about that so okay we decided let's go with this and um another J from tradition is like you know when we come up with ideas um we will we will just like we will quickly release a an MVP minimum W product a prototype basically a small version and we will just release it to a very small number of users and that's exactly what we did and um people actually liked
it like there was you know we we just gave it to like a thousand people and and they actually liked it they used it and we were looking at the retention rates like retention rates are usually like you know people start using this product do they keep using it the next week the next week like you know and then we compare them and then we improve the product and see if we can actually increase the retention rate and and we saw great retention rates so we were really excited so we started growing this this development so we started adding uh more and more teams at some point uh we I think we reached to like 30 teams uh which is like our teams are usually five to six people so you know it's it's like um right it was like 200 people working on this
product you know wow um but here's here's the TST here's the twist even though how many people in total though like work at drop form just for curiosity 700 okay yeah so almost like I mean over a quarter of your Workforce is working on this project right like most team and um yeah I wanted to sorry I wanted to make sure that that was that was kind of highlighted because that showcases the amount of love and effort that went into this guy yeah um so uh so here's the twist um we assumed that we found a great idea and we saw that Al people were using this there were great retention rates this product is good and so we were confident that we are building a great product but we discovered something uh when we actually kind of looked at how people were using this
product most people weren't actually using it the way we expected them because our expectation was that they were actually using this product for forms like to to call a form like fill out a form on the phone or to you know on the chatbot you know register for for an event uh things like that um it turned out that like yeah for sure this was only like 10% of the users 90% of our you know all these active users who are like retaining retaining users were actually using this product for something else and they turned out to be customer service like most people were like just putting this chatbot on their website uh and then like you know and people were going to this web their websites and then they were asking questions like like what we discovered was like very surprising people people don't
even read the websites like if you put a chatbot on a website people don't even read what's in front of them they will go to the chatbot and ask their questions that's and because people were able to train their agents with you know by craw crawling their website by providing information about their you know uh service business event whatever they are doing uh the the chat box were actually providing good answers and that's why people love it and I even seen like a few people they just put the chatbot embedded the chatbot on their full page like they just replace their homepage with a chatbot like not just like a you know bubble chatbot on the right corner but like they just put this uh chat interface on their homepage and people were actually also uh you know chatting you know asking their questions just
like I think one of the reasons is people are used to um us talking to C GPT um and now everyone is used to talking chpt and when people find that just like you can talk to chpt you can actually talk to their business uh over chat they actually prefer that because you know it's easier it's easier than to try to find your answer than talk to the chat of course so um so once we discovered that we we changed course uh we kind of uh repositioned our product as a customer service product so now we are kind of comp compe uh competing with uh products like agent force like Sierra all these like you know intercom all these AI you know uh um customer service products but here's the thing I mean uh okay I ask myself this question again and again like why
don't people go to those product like why don't they use agent force or like intercom but they prefer to use our product I think the main reason was because our product is like just uh they're very expensive I think that's one of the reasons those products are very there are other reasons as well and we can talk about those reasons uh that make this product really unique but I I think the one of the main things is it's free this product is completely free uh you know we have a really um high limit free version and even like the you know the um paid versions are have have you know have great rates um so I think that that could be one of the reasons that you know this product was really successful during the beta Pro uh program but uh yeah I mean and
then once we Chang course um we actually focused on really improving our product in terms of customer service and the the solution we found was we actually started using our AI agents for jat form's own customer support I was mentioning we have 700 employees over 200 of them are actually C in customer support and customer success okay okay and so we started kind of using this product in Customer Support like you know uh we created a chat bot that can answer your questions we created a phone line that you can talk on the phone and get your answers and we learned so much like you know even though we had this uh big beta program with like 1,000 active users and 1,000 uh conversations daily like uh we were getting similar like really high number of um you know usage by providing customer support to
our to jform C uh customers and like we learned a lot doing so because we were able to like use you our own product I think that really helped um that this great and that's why I feel very usually like you know when we are when we are releasing a product you know I'm I'm little bit uneasy like you know did we do everything right but this time like I know we did everything right because like we had a huge beta program and like lots of people were like they were really excited and happy about the product now the total timeline you said has been how long uh one and a half out yeah one and a half one and a half years okay cuz I remember when we we actually first discussed uh creating content together on the jot form YouTube channel I think
it was like last um I think it was like April or like May or something like that somewhere in like the the middle of last year and there was multiple like push backs on you know you had you guys had ambitious goals right you obviously had a lot of ambitious goals about like when you wanted to release it how was it during that like production timeline and all that kind of stuff cuz I remember originally if I'm not mistaken I was told like October yeah yeah I forgot to mention I forgot to mention yeah yeah yeah uh we did actually we were planning to release this in November like three months nov there we go yeah um so usually when we release products like um December is a dead month because um we cannot release a product uh in December every everybody goes to holidays
and January people are just like you know getting back to work so it's not a good so if if if you can't do a launch in November you you have to do it in February and that's actually what we did and I'm glad we did that and the reason we did that was because what we discovered was like um we were still like discovering all these like you know ideas to implement and like just of course right uh here when we are developing new product um it's about learning and then um implementing those like it's about learning like you know what can be done like what kind of solutions we can provide to people so we go up Up and Up learning and once we learn so much that we can actually as uh we get less and less learning but we we spend more
of more and more of our time with execution like implementing our ideas so in this case what happened was like we were approaching November very fast I think it was October 1st and um and then we were we were like we were were still every day coming up with new ideas and we were discovering that okay we can actually implement this product in different channels uh you know what if we implemented it in WhatsApp um like messenger or like what if we did a kiosk mode where you can actually talk to the agent on the kiosk right we need to implement a um you know mobile product for that uh what if like you if you want to take over the chat like AI agent is talking to someone and you actually watch that conversation in the back office you can actually do that and
then what like a lot of people were asking okay can I actually take over like just uh you know put uh tell the AI agent okay you go rest and I will I will continue the chat uh they were asking but we were all coming up with all these new ideas so like okay we said we are going to push this to February and I'm glad we did that uh because like we implemented so many of those great ideas because of that and uh thank you for remembering that I I I completely forgot about it no yeah I mean I I just remember from my side of being like oh it seems like it's a little bit shorter than or not shorter it took a little bit longer than expected cuz as someone I mean I'm not I'm I wasn't someone who's like privy to
the building and everything and I think it was really cool that you know uh this happened and whatnot but it's always hard to know kind of like where and why things happen so I figured i' I'd ask but it's it it's platform tradition uh we don't announce what we are going to build beforehand and we don't announce like launch and yes the reason is exactly this uh because in the past like I had that experience like I I would I would tell people okay here is our road map here is what we are going to build and here is when we are going to release them and every time I gave promises I failed because you know you like you know software is tough like just you don't know what kind of problems you're are going to encounter on the way and then you sometimes
decide okay this doesn't make sense nobody's using this feature why why should we continue building it like maybe we just you know just delay that feature we we we we decide that that feature made sense uh before we knew anything and then sure later on we discovered that it doesn't make sense but now once you actually give that road map to people uh once you make those promises like you cannot back back up off and you cannot back down so and um that's why uh like we never actually and that that actually gave us that flexibility because nobody knew that we were going to actually release in November it was only like even this launch we actually started talking about it you know a few weeks ago to people you know started announcing it like just just because like we need to announce like this
you know live event and we need to kind of uh you know prepare people for the launch uh something Bigg is coming but um you know other than that like we just um keep it secret uh but the reason we don't we keep it secret you know it's not like apple we have competitors or anything like we we definitely have competitors but the main reason is for internal reasons like we want to make sure that when we release a product like it's the best product we can release and if we need to take three more months to make that happen we will do it uh and whatever is in the product is kind of decided the way by looking at like what features people are using our beta customers are using um yeah absolutely yeah it turned out great that I mean that that makes
sense to me no that makes sense to me you don't want to release anything that's that's not uh the right product for um the people that are you know obviously such a huge part of it which is the users in the end and um I guess obviously with that extra time you know you spend a lot of time on this what do you think makes jot for AI agents really unique because obviously there's a lot of them out there uh and it's not to say I don't think that it is unique I'm just curious what do you think makes uh yours unique uh from your perspective there are four um big reasons that makes this product uh unique and extraordinary in my opinion um and I think the first one is this product actually has our AI agents actually have friendly personalities um so when
you look at all these other products you know they are using you know robots um they're using like you know they they don't even have like an avatar but J from AI agents actually have these human faces friendly smiling human avatars you can change them like you can you know you can use something else if you want some people actually use robots uh I I've seen that but um like by default we have these like smiling faces and then we we don't just put the face we actually like uh put the whole body you know with the body language like a friendly body Lang like a you know welcoming body because if you think about it um when you're getting customer support you want to get you know friendly nice smiling customer support you want you abolutely a a friendly person and um and this
doesn't mean that we confuse people about AI like it's actually required uh to have the AI sign on you know and the AI agent actually starts the conversation by mentioning that you're actually talking to AI agent so in in multiple places we make sure that it's very clear that you are not talking to a real human being but the AI agent actually has this human phase who and I think I think that's great because like you know when when we look at those conversations people are actually uh like uh people actually feel like they are talking to a human being they forget that they are talking to Ai and then they you know they are nicer and um they're not you know they they still you know they're not afraid to ask all these questions and you know they're talking to AI but they feel
like you know um they are talking to this nice person um and uh it's even better on the phone like you know we have the voice mode right when you're talking to the AI agent you can go to the voice mode or uh on the phone like and the voice voice voices are really also nice um so you know with the partnership with 11 Labs uh we brought the um you know voices from 11 labs and they have they have the best voices in the world they do I agree 11 Labs yeah 100% I agree yeah and then you you can actually decide like which Voice works best and uh and then you know we pick a by default we pick a really nice uh face and voice and um just you know uh G we try to give it a nice personality and um
I think that that's really exciting uh it just makes this product come alive uh make it more warm and nice um I agree yeah the second reason is I think at this point yeah oh you go sorry you're go yeah before I go to the I was just gonna say I think I think uh there's a lot of cool stuff that we'll show but uh the voices and are one thing and AI obviously has a lot lot of like uh generated images and stuff too but I truly think that kind of the whole vibe that you've built around these uh AI agents on top of the voice the look and feel when you're seeing the friendly faces is really Second To None because there's a lot of good user interfaces don't come me wrong with these chat Bots but when there's not really a face
attached to it as you'll see when we do uh go through it a little bit when there's not really a face attached to it or like a customizable face like you have by default in it I don't want to say excessive because maybe that's putting the wrong spin on it you have an inordinate amount right you have an incredible amount of faces that are by there by default and you even have the ability to build your own faces and like you can really customize that you can customize the the colors I'd say it's got some of the best customization in the chatbot game uh right now and and that's something I'm really excited to show in this but that was what I was saying sorry yeah um and we can we can do a demo uh after you know after talking about these four uh
four things so the first one was friendly personality uh the second one is um it's everywhere and um basically like if you think about it when you're actually uh like when you're doing customer support you want to be able to provide the same level of customer service experience wherever you are if you have a website you want to be able to provide that service there if you you know if people need to call you on the phone you want to be able to provide the same service there of course so and like you know um I mentioned the kiosk right uh I mentioned the messenger just came you know just uh we got approved and we you know we we are released on that as well uh WhatsApp and um basically and you can embed it on your web page and um so you can
even like create these apps uh mobile app where people can actually install your customer service agent on their you know mobile phone if you you know maybe some people would prefer that if they need to get your help all the time you know maybe let's say you you know you're running an event you know and you can ask people okay yeah install our app on your um you know mobile device and whenever you you have a question you can just ask on that and it can also send you like notification things like that so uh so it's available everywhere but the great thing is even though available everywhere you just train a single agent you train a single agent it's everywhere it's on your you know um on your email it's on your um you know WhatsApp it's on your you know web page uh
it's on on the phone it can actually text uh provide Customer Support over SMS texting um on the messenger so you got you get all these things but you just train a single agent to be able to accomplish that yeah okay so um the third reason why this agent is so amazing is there's something special about it and I don't think I have seen this anywhere else um this feature really makes it really really unique and um so basically you can actually talk to your own AI agent and train it and we call that teach your agent so um pretty cool you know think about it if you hired a customer service employee in your business right you wouldn't just dump like you know your documents that to them and then say okay hey you're ready go go talk to customers right you would actually
take the time to train uh that agent that real human agent um like you would answer their questions you would actually role play with them talk to them uh and just like get their questions and answer them ask questions yourself and basically train them so uh you can actually do that uh you can actually do exactly that with chat from AI agents uh you can go to teach your agents when you go there it's actually going to start talking to you and asking you things like hey I was just talking to this customer and you know uh she asked this question but I wasn't sure about the answer like did I give the right answer uh it's going to ask you you know questions like that so it's going to kind of you know trigger we we try to trigger you to provide you know
regularly have this one-on ones with your agent so that you train your agent and make sure that it's up to dat and and one thing we disc discovered was like if you put like these chat bots on your website you're going to learn so much um about your visitors on your website uh what happens is that like people visit your website and then like they will just click on everything and then they will just type every everywhere like whatever they are looking for and if they find a check but they're just going to type whatever they are looking for and and the AI agent can sometimes answer that question and if even if it doesn't answer that question you learn a lot uh so it's kind of like doing like this user research about your website visitors so even if your goal is not to
like provide customer service to your client I recommend that you create you create an AI agent today and put it on your website you're going to learn so much from you know just reading all these transcripts of conversations happening that you will discover that people are looking for something that you haven't provided the information about it on your website or you're going to discover you know people are confused about something on your website so you're going to discover so much and um so teach your agent is very special uh I'm really you know excited about that and like people are really uh you know happy about it as as well like they they just have these regular conversations with their a agents I have a thought on that that's that's pretty cool I mean I have in some other AI apps like considered uh and
and made a workflow like this but maybe it's going to be way easier so what I did was I talked uh on like a loom you know to like train some team members on some stuff and it was just like audio I was just like literally audio dumping I was I was like cooking it was cleaning I was like oh people need to learn about it and I'd also take that transcription from the loom and then put it into like chuchy BT and then put it into a PDF and then upload it to chbt so you're telling me I could like skip all that nonsense and just talk to the that's pretty good that that's that's what I would prefer if these other platforms had that does make it unique truly because it takes a lot of work um I thought I had a cool
kind of little mini process but if you're telling me I don't need to do all that and I can just literally talk to the job form agent yeah that's going to be that's going to be a game changer if you think about it like you know you're driving and your exact also what I did some of these you can just have this conversation with your AI agent like just use use that time to train your AI agent you know Soh it's so much fun yeah exactly yeah I think this is this this is awesome man I think I think that you're you're on to something really smart here so um absolutely so uh let's go into the fourth one I think the fourth one is the team our team and um so we have been building these um products for uh for like 25 actually
it's like 30 million uh users I've been seeing like 25 million for a long time but someone actually correct me that that oh we already reached 30 million uh today so I should be saying 30 million so uh we have 30 million users and we have been doing this for almost two decades and and the team actually understands and like most of jator users are like small businesses uh startups um you know education nonprofit Healthcare organizations um so you know most of our users actually has have don't have a lot of resources and that's actually one of the reasons why you know even though we are competing with products like you know agent for Sierra or inter people actually you know prefer jform because you know they know that you know we have the answer for them for the small businesses and we we we
really understand um you know the needs of um small businesses um these organizations and our team actually understand them and when we are building the product when we are you know designing our like pricing uh when we are you know building our product features like you know uh like most of these products like you know we've been actually doing lots of demos and like I couldn't even like try this products on their web pages I had to like book a call with them like no small business is going to book a call with you like they know that like if you need to book a call it's going to be very expensive and they can't afford it yeah it's always that that's like the Enterprise pricing option on like SAS websites everyone knows that yeah yeah I mean it's it's just our team actually like
no knows our customers and they know you know it's this is s Service um we need to be able to and making a s Service product is really hard because like you have to make it easy um you have to make it making something easy is very hard actually it just takes so much time and and that's why we have this design culture where we make sure you know designers are like you know always at the top and every product team actually has a designer right these cross functional team like these five six people teams they have designers each team actually has a designer that way we make sure that we are making it easy to use um you know easy to understand uh beautiful products uh that way so I think our our team actually makes it different like you know uh we really
value U making um you know good products uh try to make insanely good products you know I think uh C just was actually saying that um uh I don't know if we do insanely good but we do good products yeah I think I think this is going to be an insanely good launch so I the product the product is the product's about to speak for itself though because you uh just got through the fourth point which means that we are ready to demo it yeah yeah so let's let's give it a little let's give it a spin yeah so yeah I was just mentioning how this product is is about the friendly personalities right friendly faces we have all these agents who have their you know friendly faces friendly interfaces and um you know and I was also talking about how they're you know everywhere
here we can see you know you can talk to them on the phone you can put a chatbot on your website you know WhatsApp uh you know you can talk to voice agents um you know even like the chat box actually has the voice mode so you can just uh start talking to the agent and you know get answers let's let's try it hello I'm Sarah your friendly AI agent how can I help you today hey Sarah uh can you tell me a little bit about J from AI agents jform AI agents are automated customer service tools that provide real-time assistance answer user queries and guide customers through processes like form filling they utilize open ai's gp4 technology to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline support workflows thank you Sarah very cool yeah um so yeah um there's also this talo mode and the you know
kosma mode and you know we we we have basically this launch is not uh this this this this launch we are releasing we actually left some uh some more channels uh for the upcoming uh months uh so this launch is going to actually take uh even longer uh it's not going to just end now like we we are releasing more and more channels and features in the coming months months um so something we did was we also created these U agent templates so the agent templates actually allows you to kind of see some examples you know start with examples and um and you can actually see like how you can use them and you know you can demo them and um they are you know connected to forms so for example this uh customer support a agent can actually you know take support requests do
uh surveys and you know if someone to you know contact you they can also fill out so you know you know I was talking about how we started with filling out forms um and that wasn't actually easy like it took us a very long time to get it right and we are still like you know we still fixing some bugs like minor bugs but uh it's just it was actually very difficult uh to get the you know get the right get it right uh get get the AI agents to fill out for so it's not that easy to actually do that but uh we spent uh like a year on that at least a year on that so it's I think it's pretty good enough that you know if you if you currently have forms I think you know you should give it a try
you should see if um you know AI if people would prefer fill out the forms uh using AI agents so let's get started uh let's create uh an agent um so you know we can we can select one of the channels uh use one of the channels and um you know we can pick the chatbot option here and move forward and we can start from scratch uh if you if you're already an existing jat form users uh with with a form we can we can turn a form into an a agent as well uh we can use a templates existing temp okay uh clone yourself like you know we can also use this product um should we try this yeah yeah let's try this so uh uh you know so cloning yourself is is is more about like maybe you know just uh maybe you
have like a personal website I'm actually using this this product on my web page iten tank.com or if you are if you are like let's say I'm a school administrator you know maybe I do a lot of things and maybe I want to create this uh clone of myself so so it's not about like doing something like specific but it's about maybe covering all the things that I do um so we will see how how much people you know will love this product and you know what kind of things they will do uh so this actually came you know recent this so you know we I don't think we have a lot of you beta users on this one but it's really ex exciting so um I can create a generate an image maybe um what you think I should be um uh well it
matters what I mean we were we were always doing this food stuff do you want still to continue are we going to do food again um I mean we've done cookies we've done Burgers uh well you're a cooking you're a cook um what kind of cook Italian okay let's see yes Italian would be great Italian would be great okay let's see oh yeah [Music] so gave us a lot of options actually I like this yeah he doesn't look like me but still fine I mean no I don't expect it to uh look like me anyways uh so there's actually different filters that I can use here let's take a look at the try this is the fun stuff like you know we've been focused on like getting the like Basics right so much that like you know we Haven been really uh looking into the
fun stuff but um this needs to speed up a little bit but uh other than that it sounds really fun well this is what I was talking about earlier with the fact that it is so customizable and it's not just like you you give the users a like huge amount of options but on top of the options like you can also make your own which I thought was cool um and then even in the ones that you make it has customization like the the filter variations so yeah yeah that's I think that's awesome I think it's pretty good I'll just move forward with the and then um my name is uh um what's the um Italian name oh uh Giovani that's an Italian name oh okay I don't know if I can write it Joan that's okay I don't know uh that's pretty good actually
I think that's how you spell it got it yeah yeah I like olive oil yeah I think he does most of us do I can I can attest to that and then I can try train my AI agent uh here and um so okay yeah this is creating my so let's say I have a restaurant and I want to use this agent in my restaurant to take orders maybe things like that um yeah I could probably upload a menu um I don't have a menu but um if I had I would do that okay okay it's here um good evening uh I think in tank I'm grateful to be here with you and excited to start our conversation how has your day been oh okay cool it's actually I'm actually talking to I was talking about the teach or AI agent thing it's I'm actually
talking my agent right now um it's going well um so um um how can I train you it's a pro Haack in the AI World ask the AI how to how to work with it and it actually helps you out uh you can share facts about olive oil instructions yeah okay cool cool okay um I think you know we probably Pro provided enough information um we can go to the agent Builder um yeah we can customize this like you know um so um since we did the last demo like we added all these like different options so that you can actually customize the different types of channels that you serve that's if you have like a phone agent um you know you can buy a phone number here or you can customize the um you know the uh voice that you use J form AI
agents are powerful tools that handle task for your um yeah um and messenger is also here right so here um what can I customize maybe I want to play with this style a little bit um yeah I think I like this uh because I am an olive oil expert um you are I actually do like I'm not the expert I really love olive oil too I I'm not um uh all theor um nice yeah so uh basically here I I kind of play with the design in customize my agent and then um and then these tabs actually allow me to um like do different things um and I can also do preview of my AI agent like um I can just share the link of this agent uh with someone um or you know uh I can I can embed it on my web page
um I can do many things okay um so uh on the train um tab I can actually um you know play with these settings you know decide on like what kind of let's say if on the chat I want to give like long answers but when I'm on voice maybe I want to give you know very short answers um so you know I can actually enter some prompts here like you know short prompts about what to how to like what kind of language I should use things like that um like the tone of voice so I can enter the knowledge um if I have a web page I can you know put the you know URL here so that the agent can actually train on that Ur on that web page craw the page and uh train on that um if I have like documents
if I have like a menu I can upload it here and if I want to provide question q&as I can uh enter them here as well and actions are tools are about kind of like um instructing your AI agents to behave in ways that um that's not just conversation but you know in addition to conversation what else you can do um you know it can take take notes um you can make get people to make appointments you know uh it even integrates with Google Calendar um if you want people to send like their photo they can just uh you know uh take a photo um on within the you know if someone let's say you know wants to send me picture of uh picture of a food um allow them to take a photo okay and let's try this let's try if it's working so
um yeah can I send the picture of my uh you know food let's see if it's going to work yeah it's say I don't know if you're seeing this um I do yeah it says you need to give permission to take photos but I can't see anything off your tab I can actually see it but you cannot see it but basically just it's just showing the camera is like a widget where I can take the picture and um cool I say a love oh yeah you can probably see this one right um and then yeah I will take a photo here and this photo is is going to go to the um owner of the agent so these tools allow you to do many things um with your agents and we you know we are taking you know people are asking us to include more
and more uh tools and we are including them and actions kind of allow you to kind of build these like uh you know uh when UND do conditions like if and then conditions um depends on like you know if someone asks about you know um olive oil prices uh then you know maybe um link to something right link to a page um right um let says show a button and then um and then you can just enter the URL of the link and you can just um tell them okay here is the uh you know uh you can find the prices here here and then we can enter the enter the URL here and then you know when someone ask about it um they will be able to um yeah I will just you know just enter jform URL here and we'll test it again
let's go test it um yeah uh can I learn more about the prices okay yeah and then if I click on this link that it goes to jat form right so I don't know if you solve that but uh it redirect me redirected me to jat form okay oh very cool yeah no it didn't but it's just another tab okay yeah I'm just sharing the tab that's why it's probably didn't uh show that yeah yeah yeah of course so I mean you can add forms here like you can add as many forms as you want if you want to add like a contact form survey you know questionnaire registration form whatever you want to add like the once you add the form your AI agent will know that it can actually fill out that form and it can it will actually uh fit out that
form let's see you know uh contact form right uh I'm made in this contact form to this agent so if I talk to the agent um can I uh contact the owner let's see if it's going to go into uh the contact form it actually added contact for increase button here um it actually it didn't understand oh okay it's actually asking for email so basically uh instead of the contact form this is actually using the not taking um uh tool so I'm I'm just going to disable that tool to fix that um you know uh disable to and then I will go back here yeah and I can just type contact here but I can also you know use these buttons it's going to make suggestions to me uh because what we found was like you know even though the agent can do many things
um sometimes people are not aware that it can do things so we are kind of being suggesting these buttons uh so now we start actually filling out this form so I'm I'm entering my name and um we just started filling out form and because the form has three questions I already completed 33% you know while filling out the form I can actually go and fill the form out directly so here I am um filling out this form uh even the message I can enter here yeah nice to meet you and and then I can go back to the chat um well it's probably uh I probably have to submit here um that it didn't kind of remember what I entered uh but I will just submit it here then yeah so I completed the uh form and and then it yeah it's basically showing it
here and then um thank you for filling out the general inquiry contact form is there anything I can can help you with so I was able to fill out the form so um and oh yeah I I've been me talking about this we already did a ch um in the beginning um so we can always continue role play um do many things here by just talking to our um agent directly and and next there's a publish T tab uh and this is about like how you use your agent like where do you use it um I can share a link to it I can you know um if it's a chatbot I can customize like what kind of uh for example when it opens it's actually showing this right um yeah hi how can I assist you you can actually customize this message um you
can give a pul in effect or disable that effect here um yeah so you can copy the code put it on your website and we are ready to go and all of these agent even like the voice agent you can actually embed this voice agent into your web page if you want to just embed The Voice agent as opposed to like giving a phone number and um yeah uh WhatsApp you can integrate with your WhatsApp business account so it's going to take over uh when someone actually writes to your WhatsApp account it's going to answer question if they want to you know write on WhatsApp and make orders and even though it's not you know very like outside the US pretty much everyone is using Whatsapp uh it's just 100% yeah uh it's replaced uh kind of texting and uh people are kind of um
and outside us like if you go to like a go to like a good um Hotel they will they will give you like this like WhatsApp business lines and then whenever you have a request like if you if you want to order something you know uh room service or if you want to you know report a problem you can just write on their WhatsApp business account and then they will answer back to you so this is this has become very popular uh around the world and uh messenger is also pretty popular especially in like you know South America I think messenger is like that uh pretty much everyone is using it um and uh so you know I was talking about the app that people can install on their you know on their computer basically you can Define you know you can create an icon
and then people you you know people can install it on their mobile phones and then you know you can even send these notifications instant notifications so that um people if if you need to S like a survey so that they can you know um they they talk to the agent and you know provide feedback things like that you can actually do those kind of things um so yeah I mean platforms like if you need to um put it on like on your Vite or WordPress so we have these like you know different options and we keep adding these options more and more options yeah that's pretty much it what do you think I think it's awesome I think I think that's a lot of great functionality a lot of options I mean to me what really stand stood out the most throughout the entirety of
the process was customization and uh guidance through building it which I think as you're you're pointing out rightfully a lot of people don't know what you can actually do with these things which is fair right and and you know there's a lot of great resources in the jform YouTube channel that are going to be coming out where we're going to continuously make content about the capabilities of uh J form AI agents and we're going to be talking about it more on this podcast so as the days and weeks come please make sure to look at all those resources because you may think you know everything that can happen with these agents trust me there's a lot more functionality there and it's not just about making it look pretty it's about helping you save money on customer support and otherwise so I I I personally think
it's it's it's a no-brainer you got to you got to go with it um and uh I guess the question that I I have at this point is what are your plans for the future like what's what's next with this yeah I mean we have been focused so much on this launch um that uh that it's been like you know very um busy few few weeks few months uh but I still see this as day one this is actually not day one day zero right um or day one or day Zero uh whatever it's called and um this is day one for us like um this is where we start and we are going to build on this and um and we have a good product that's you know ready for you I think you know if you are listening to this podcast go to
J form and start your first agent and start using it and you will see it's it's good but uh it's you know this is this is day one and we are going to be building you know all these additional things as the uh you know weeks and months uh in the next weeks and months and um and we just started with customer service uh and the reason was because like people were actually really needed this for customer service and they were using that way but the AI agents have like so much potential and um and a agents can be used on various different things like they can be used for sales um they can be used for like you know assisting you or the customers on different things like if you need to process payments if you need to you know create invoices maybe um
if you need to get feedback from people um you know engage customers uh engage prospects um do sales like presentations what about like you know what if the AI agent can actually do a presentation it could be over Zoom or be you know it could just be on a web page talking to an AI agent and just watch presentation so we have a lot of ideas and um I think we are going to be building these ideas as time go you know um goes on and if as we get feedback from our customers about like what kind of things they need so it's kind of a balance and act about like you know what people are requesting and what kind of vision we have um I think the vision we have is to kind of have one million uh small businesses or organizations of you
know all kinds of organizations Healthcare nonprofit education we want to get uh AI agents in the hands of like one million uh businesses um I think that's that's that's our first goal to get uh to get them to start using this product and get value from them and as as people use it we get so much feedback from them that uh that we we can improve it um but that's one of the things uh and and we have like so many people who use J form and uh and this launch is actually allow them to be aware of just from AI agents and try and start using this product um so yeah I think it's going to be exciting and we are going to be sharing all these like you know what what I what we learned from our users our customers and uh and
all these new features that's going that are going to come out and we are going to also deep down in the next episodes about like different like you know uh different features like for example uh using J for you know J from a for chat as a chatbot right what if we compare it to other products uh like there are lots of AI chatbots like um what makes them different and um so we are going to go deep on um in the podcast we are going to go de deep on different uh features of jet form AI agent and different AI agent products we are going to you know talk about them and feature them and in terms of J from Agents I think it's it's going to be about um we have a vision we help people automate their Communications jform with forms and
a agents are kind of similar to forms they allow you to automate these communications with your customers with your clients and uh whatever you do right now uh in terms of like you know uh with your customers with your clients uh whatever you do manually today if you are doing something manually today you can probably automate that and AI agents are the perfect platform for that and I think that's that's our vision uh for this product and we are going to be slowly uh implementing executing all these ideas and you know making this product better and better and that that that that seems to be the the key Focus here and I mean you you said earlier that you have someone who's in charge of um design uh on each project and I I'll be honest I'm not even just uh trying to say it
because obviously we work together on this like I do think I see something in that in the agents with all those different customization options and just the fact that you spent so much time trying to really get to a point where you were comfortable with this product even though you maybe could have launched it in in November or last month in January this was because one of the this is going to be one of the better chap outs right out of the gate and that doesn't mean though that everything is going to stop right here right this means that it is the starting point but it doesn't mean it's the end point and I I just love all the different uh things that y'all are saying in the comments and and in the feedback that you're going to give to it on the platform so
